Our Story

From a simple question: what if everyone could understand each other?

VoxBridge was founded in 2022 by a team of AI researchers and audio engineers who believed that language barriers were the last unsolved problem in global business. While machine translation had transformed text, real-time spoken translation remained clunky, slow, and unreliable.

Our breakthrough came with multi-engine AI fusion — simultaneously querying five translation engines and selecting the optimal result in real time. Combined with custom low-latency audio hardware and advanced noise cancellation, we built the first translation earphone that actually works in the real world.

Today, VoxBridge devices are deployed across 60+ countries — in corporate boardrooms, hospital emergency rooms, international classrooms, and hotel front desks. Every day, over 2 million conversations happen through VoxBridge earphones.

Precision Assembly

ISO Class 8 clean rooms. 12 assembly lines. Automated dispensing, laser welding, acoustic testing chambers.

Quality Control

IQC → 3x IPQC checkpoints → OQC 100% functional test → QA audit at AQL 0.65 Level II. Every unit tested.

Packaging & Logistics

Custom packaging design in-house. Laser etching for branding. Global logistics partnerships. FOB/CIF/DDP available.

Quality Assurance

Six-stage quality control. Zero compromises.

IQC — Incoming Inspection

100% inspection of all components: ICs, PCBs, batteries, drivers, microphones. AQL 0.65 sampling for bulk materials.

IPQC — In-Process (3 Checkpoints)

SMT post-reflow AOI → Post-assembly acoustic test → Final assembly functional test. Real-time SPC monitoring on all lines.

OQC — Outgoing Quality Control

100% functional test: BT pairing, translation latency (<0.5s threshold), MIC sensitivity, speaker distortion, battery cycle.

QA Audit & Reliability

AQL 0.65 Level II batch sampling. IPX5 spray test, 48hr burn-in, 1m drop test, 500-cycle charge test. Monthly reliability reports.
